Contact 6E Club: Writing to Us, Self-Help and Reporting Fakes
Checked on · written for players in India · plain English

People usually want to contact 6E Club for one of three reasons: a question about the free game, a mistake spotted on one of our pages, or a warning about someone misusing the name. This page explains the honest current position for each of those.
In one line: the email inbox is not ready yet, there is no support phone line of any kind, and most game questions have an answer you can find on this site in under a minute. The site and its game are for adults 18+.
Email: Where Things Stand
Our email address: still being set up. No address is printed here yet, on purpose. The moment the inbox can receive mail, its address will be shown in this exact spot.
Until then, please treat any email that claims to be from our team with care. A real message from us will never ask you to pay, to share a code or to install something.
Real and Fake Support Channels Compared
We do not run phone support, WhatsApp support or Telegram support, and we have no official social media profiles at present. So a number or group that calls itself “6E Club customer care” is fake, every time.
| Channel | Does it exist? | If someone offers it |
|---|---|---|
| Email inbox | Being set up; the address will appear on this page | Trust only the address printed here |
| Phone or call centre | No | Hang up. The number is fake |
| WhatsApp number | No | Block it and report it inside WhatsApp |
| Telegram group or bot | No | Leave the group and report it |
| Instagram, YouTube or Facebook inbox | No official profiles yet | Ignore offers of “support” or “tips” |
| The guides on this website | Yes, open now | Start with the self-help links below |
There is also a practical reason we have no helpline: your account, coins and history are stored in your own browser, not with us. Nobody here can look them up, fix them or reset them for you.
Fix It Yourself First
These three pages answer most of the questions people would otherwise send:
- The problem and quick-fix table covers stuck rounds, slow screens, missing coins and lost accounts.
- The short answers by topic handle “can I…” and “why does…” doubts.
- The sign-in troubleshooting guide explains error messages and what to do about a forgotten password.
Writing a Message That Gets a Useful Reply
Once the inbox opens, a few details make any reply faster. Please include:
- the link to the page you are writing about, or its title;
- which phone and browser you use (say, Chrome on an Android phone, or Safari on an iPhone);
- what happened, step by step, and roughly when (India time);
- for a game issue, the room length and the period number, if you noted it.
Never send any of these, to us or to anyone using our name:
- passwords, including the one for your game account;
- OTP codes, UPI PINs or ATM PINs;
- screenshots of a bank app, a UPI app or a payment history;
- photos of Aadhaar, PAN or other ID documents.
Nobody on our side has any use for these. Whoever asks for them is attempting fraud.
Reporting a Scam That Uses Our Name
If a fake site, app, number or group has tricked you or someone you know, act in this order:
- Money already gone? Dial 1930 straight away. This national helpline handles online financial fraud, and an early call improves the odds of the money being held.
- Register a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Attach screenshots, the link or number used, and the time of each payment.
- Ring your bank on the helpline printed on the back of your card, or through its official app, and ask for further debits to be stopped.
- Stop all contact with the scammer, and do not pay any “recovery fee” promised by a new stranger.
You can also learn how real addresses differ from copies on the genuine address checklist, or go back to the 6E Club main page.
Free Support Lines in India
Losing money to a scam, or feeling unable to stop playing, can weigh heavily. You do not have to handle it alone. Tele MANAS is a free government mental-health line on 14416, available around the clock and in several Indian languages.
For fraud, keep 1930 saved in your phone. It is quicker to dial a saved number than to search for it in a panic.
18+ only. The coins in the 6E Club play zone are a training balance with no price tag and no payout, and each digit is drawn fresh, so neither we nor any app can know it in advance. Money games online are against the law in India under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, in force from 1 May 2026. See our list of free helplines for limits, breaks and free support lines.
